Easy Granola Clusters
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups old-fashioned (rolled) oats
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Combine the maple syrup, oil, and vanilla extract in a small bowl.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the remaining dry ingredients and stir.
- Pour the wet ingredients over the dry and stir until evenly combined.
- Spread the granola out evenly on to a half-sheet pan lined with parchment and gently press it down.
- Bake for 25 minutes, rotate it 180°, and bake for 15-20 more minutes until the granola is lightly golden on top.
- Let it cool completely and break it up into chunks.
