Quick Cinnamon Raisin Biscuits
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 cups cream
- 1/2 cup raisins
Cinnamon swirl
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- â…“ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 2 teaspoons water
Icing
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450.
- Mix all dry ingredients together.
- Add cream and mix until combined.
- Mix all ingredients of cinnamon swirl together, drizzle over biscuits and mix until evenly distributed.
- Spoon 8 - 10 biscuits onto baking sheet.
- Bake at 450 for 15 minutes.
- Drizzle icing over biscuits, serve warm.
