2 cups buttermilk ( or one cup milk with one cup sour cream)
1/4 cup canola oil
1 large egg
Directions
Grease 9x13 baking pan. In large bowl, combine cornmeal through salt. Whisk buttermilk with the oil and egg and stir into cornmeal mixture. Pour into pan and bake at 425 for 25 to 30 minutes, or until set.
