  1. For the crust, cream butter and sugars at medium speed for 2 minutes. Add flour and salt, mix on low until combined. Press into parchment lined 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes, until golden. Cool crust before filling.
  2. For filling, preheat oven to 425. Whisk the sugars and spices and salt. Then whisk in the eggs, pumpkin, and evaporated milk. Pour filling onto cooled crust. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes. Then reduce heat to 350 and bake for an additional 25 minutes, or until filling is fully set.
