Molasses Cookies

  1. Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Add molasses, salt, spices, and baking soda. Mix well and then add in flour. Dough can be chilled if desired, but this is not necessary. If dough is very sticky, you can try to chill it or add in a little more flour. Slightly sticky dough is perfect. Form into small balls and roll in sugar. Bake at 350 for 9 minutes
