Oatmeal Bread

Ingredients
- 16 oz flour (I usually use 4 oz bread flour and 12 oz white whole wheat)
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 oz oatmeal
- 9 oz milk
- 5 oz water
- 1 1/2 tsp instant yeast
Directions
- add all ingredients to bread machine pan, cutting the butter into 4 chunks and placing the chunks in the corners of the pan. Use dough setting on bread machine. Once done, shape dough into log and place in greased bread pan. Allow to rise for about 1 hour. Bake at 350 for 30 - 32 minutes.
