Porcupine Meatballs
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice
2/3 cup milk
1 medium onion, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup water
Directions
Combine first 6 ingredients and shape into 10 to 12 balls and place in a 9 x 13 pan. Then combine the water and can of soup and pour mixture over the meatballs. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 for one hour.

serve with additional rice
