Tear or cut bread into small chunks and place in a mixing bowl. Melt butter and add parsley and garlic salt. Stir and pour over bread. Sprinkle with parmesan and stir until evenly coated.
Arrange cubes on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until browned. Let cool. Store croutons in a covered container or plastic bag.
