Pork Tenderloin with Herb Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 tsp butter
- 2/3 cup cream
- 2 Tbsp minced fresh parsley
- 1/4 tsp sage
- 1/4 tsp fennel
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp basil
- 1/4 tsp rosemary
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp beef bouillon
Directions
- Cut tenderloin into 12 slices, sprinkle with salt.
- In a large skillet coated with oil, brown pork in batches in butter over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Return all pork to the skillet.
- Combine the remaining ingredients, pour over the pork.
- Cook and stir over low heat for 2-3 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
