Pork Tenderloin with Herb Sauce

  1. Cut tenderloin into 12 slices, sprinkle with salt.
  2. In a large skillet coated with oil, brown pork in batches in butter over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. Return all pork to the skillet.
  4. Combine the remaining ingredients, pour over the pork.
  5. Cook and stir over low heat for 2-3 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
