Rye Bread with Onions and Caraway
Ingredients
- 3 1/4 cup bread flour
- 1/4 cup rye flour
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1 tbsp caraway seeds
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp dry milk (or use milk instead of water)
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 10 ounces water
- 1 1/2 tsp yeast
Directions
- Add all ingredients to bread machine on dough setting.
- Shape into medium loaf pan and let rise.
- Bake at 350 for 30 - 35 minutes, turning halfway.
