  1. Soften yeast and sugar in ½ cup warm water. Mix together eggs, oil, honey, salt, milk, with ½ cup hot water.
  2. Add flour; mix all. Let dough rest for 10-15 minutes. Knead dough, let rise. Punch down, knead again, and let
  3. rise until doubled in size. Make into desired size dinner rolls.
