Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 5 lbs potatoes (about 9 large)
- 2 - 3oz. pkgs. cream cheese
- 1 C. sour cream
- 2 t. onion salt
- 1 t. salt
- ¼ t. pepper
- 2 T. butter
Directions
- Cook potatoes until tender. Mash with butter. Add
- remaining ingredients and beat until light and fluffy.
- Cool - cover and refrigerate. Use within 2 weeks.
To Warm
- Place in buttered casserole - dot with butter. Bake at
- 350° for 30 minutes. Or put in Crock-pot on low for a few
- hours.
