Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook potatoes until tender. Mash with butter. Add
  2. remaining ingredients and beat until light and fluffy.
  3. Cool - cover and refrigerate. Use within 2 weeks.

To Warm

  1. Place in buttered casserole - dot with butter. Bake at
  2. 350° for 30 minutes. Or put in Crock-pot on low for a few
  3. hours.
