Maple Chicken Marinade

Ingredients

• 1/3 C. maple syrup
• 1/3 C. apple cider vinegar
• 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
• 1 small shallot, minced
• 1 tsp. salt
• ½ tsp. ground black pepper
• ½ C. olive oil

Directions

1. For marinade: Whisk all ingredients together, pour over chicken & marinate for at least 8 hours.
2. To make it like the dressing, put everything except the oil into the blender, turn it on low, pour oil in the top of the lid for the blender slowly as it's mixing. This will emulsify the ingredients and it'll look like the dressing in the jar, you won't need to shake each time you want to use it.
