Fruit Cobbler

Ingredients
- 1 stick of butter (I use about 2/3 stick)
- 1 c sugar
- 3/4 c all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 c milk
- 2 - 2.5 cups of fruit (fresh or frozen)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Melt butter in deep dish.
- Mix sugar, flour, baking powder, and milk. Mix until just combined.
- Pour batter over the melted butter. DO NOT STIR!
- Pour fruit over batter and again, don't stir.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes.
