Chicken Pot Pie

  1. Heat Oven to 425 degrees
  2. Melt butter in sauce pan and saute onions for about minutes. Add flour, salt, pepper, celery seed and cook for one minute, stirring frequently. Slowly add chicken broth and milk, stirring until thick. Add veggies and chicken and heat through.
  3. Place one pie crust in the bottom of the pie plate. Pour chicken mixture into bottom crust and place top crust over chicken mixture, sealing the edges. Make several small slits in the top to allow steam to escape.
  4. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbling. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
