1 large clove garlic, minced or 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced or 1/2 tsp ground ginger
24 jumbo shrimp, raw
fresh lime wedges, optional
Directions
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
Stir all ingredients together, except the shrimp and lime, in a bowl. Roll each shrimp in the mixture and place on jelly roll pan. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until sugar starts to caramelize. Squeeze lime juice over shrimp, if desired.
