  1. Mix the flour, cornmeal, yeast, and salt together in a stand mixer with the paddle attachment (or by hand).
  2. Shred the butter into the flour mixture, mixing it in as you add it.
  3. Add the warm water into the flour and butter.
  4. Mix the water in by pulsing the stand mixer every 5 seconds until it is combined (or by hand). Don't over mix.
  5. Let rest at room temperature for 2 - 6 hours.
