Pizza Dough

Ingredients

• 11 oz bread flour
• 7 oz water
• 1 oz oil
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp yeast

Directions

1. Combine.

Option 1

1. In bread machine, use dough cycle and take it out after one hour and place in covered container. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Option 2

1. Using Kitchen Aid Mixer, mix on low with dough hook until well combined, about 10 minutes. Place in covered container and refrigerate until ready to use.
