Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients
Filling
- 3 cups cut up rhubarb
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup instant tapioca
- 2 Tbsp. butter, cut up
Topping
- 3 Tbsp. Flour
- 3 Tbsp. Butter, melter
- 3/4 cup sugar
Directions
- Mix together filling and put into prepared pie crust.
- Mix together topping and pour on top of the pie filling.
- Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
