Spiced Pecans

  1. Melt butter in large skillet over medium - low heat.
  2. Stir in salt, pepper, cinnamon, cloves and allspice, then stir in pecans
  3. Toast nuts, stirring often, for about 6 to 8 minutes.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and toss with sugar.
  5. Spread out on a plate to cool.
