Ingredients
- 3 cups cream
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1.5 Tbsp Arrowroot powder
- 1 Tbsp real vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions
- Blend together with wire whisk.
- If it's hot out, it can help to put the mixture in the freezer for 5 - 10 minutes.
- Pour mixture into ice cream machine for about 25 minutes.
- Transfer to freezer container and freeze at least 4 hours.
