Ingredients
Dressing
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 tsp salt
- Dash pepper
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- Dash paprika
- 1 Clove garlic cut in half
Salad
- 3/4 pound of bacon, fried, drained, and chopped
- 6 hard cooked eggs, chopped
- 8 cups spinach (or 6 cups spinach and 2 cups lettuce)
- 8 ounces mushrooms
Directions
Dressing
- Mix together in blender. Add garlic and refrigerate.
- Discard garlic before serving.
Salad
- Toss all ingredients together with dressing.
