Vivian's Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup oil
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon soda
• 4 1/2 cups flour

Directions

1. Cream the butter, oil, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar together.
2. Add the eggs and vanilla and beat a little more.
3. Mix the dry ingredients in.
4. Roll into balls. Press with bottom of glass dipped in sugar or with a cookie press dipped in sugar.
5. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
