Rustic Herb Braised Chicken and Potatoes

  1. Melt butter over medium-high heat in a large skillet with a cover. Add chicken and herb seasoning. Saute until no longer pink. Add potatoes and chicken broth. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until potatoes are almost tender. Add green beans; cook, covered, an additional 10 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender. Makes about 6 servings.
