Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 ounces Parmesan, grated
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
- Mix eggs with cheese and spices.
- Add bread crumbs and meat and mix with hands until well combined.
- Make into 12 meatballs.
- Fry with a little oil/lard in a cast iron pan until done.
