  1. Combine olive oil, Dijon, and parsley.
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper onto of the salmon and add the mustard mixture.
  3. Add the breadcrumbs on top of mustard.
  4. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes.
