Ingredients
- 1 pound butter (4 sticks)
- 2 cups sugar
- 7 oz almonds
- 1/2 block of melting chocolate
Directions
- Melt butter on medium heat, add sugar and almonds.
- Heat sugar, almonds, and butter over medium heat to 300 degrees.
- Meanwhile, melt chocolate.
- Pour toffee mixture onto cookie sheet to make a thin layer.
- Add melted chocolate on top of toffee and allow to cool.
