Carrot Soup

  1. In a medium sauce pan, heat oil and saute onion and jalapeno until tender. Add garlic towards the end.
  2. Add water or chicken broth and add in carrots. Cover and steam for 10-15 minutes until carrots are very soft.
  3. Add cream and puree with stick blender until very smooth. Add in salt and pepper until it tastes good.
