Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
- 4 1/2 cups (16 ounces) oatmeal
- 1/2 cup (4 ounces) brown sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- fresh nutmeg (about 1/4 - 1/2 tsp)
- 1/2 cup (2.5 ounces) dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) walnut pieces
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 ounces applesauce (individual serving)
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups milk
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place butter in 9x13 baking pan and place in the oven to melt.
- Add all dry ingredients together and stir to combine.
- Add all wet ingredients on top of dry and stir well.
- Pour into baking pan with melted butter
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes.
