10 oz Spinach (wilted), or 10 oz frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
6 Eggs
2/3 cup Cottage Cheese
8 oz Mozzarella (shredded)
Pie Crust
5.5 oz Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Butter (one stick)
1/4 cup Water (ice cold)
Directions
Crust
Mix flour and salt. Shred cold butter with cheese grater. Freeze for 10 minutes. Cut in butter and add water, using spoons or your hands. Add small amounts of more water if needed. Roll out
Pie
Brown pork sausage with spices. Add spinach to sausage to wilt. Set Aside.
Mix cheese, cottage cheese, eggs in a separate bowl.
