Mac and Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1/4 (heaping) tsp black pepper
- 8 - 10 ounces cheese
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 12 ounces dry pasta
- 1 Tbsp salt (for cooking pasta)
Directions
- Cook pasta with 1 Tbsp salt in the water.
- Meanwhile, melt butter on medium low heat and add flour and pepper.
- Slowly add milk, constantly stirring, to make roux.
- Remove from heat and add cheese a little at a time.
- Add pasta to cheese mixture.
