Directions

  1. Melt butter in oven safe pot.
  2. Sautee carrot and onion for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add rice, stir to coat.
  4. Add water/broth, cover and bring to a boil.
  5. Bake covered at 350 for 20-25 minutes for white rice or bake 60-75 minutes for brown rice.
